The beginning
Steiltech is founded. A small team takes on custom-software projects across sectors — proving the craft, one delivery at a time.
We started in 2017 as a custom-software team. Today we're a product-led studio focused on smart systems and applied AI — with the same bias for delivery we've had from day one.
Steiltech began in 2017 as a custom-software team — taking on projects across every sector that would let us prove our craft, from logistics to fintech to public services.
By 2024, after seven years of shipping for other people's roadmaps, the pattern was unmistakable: the work that mattered most — to our clients and to us — was at the edge of smart systems and applied AI. So we focused.
Today, Steiltech is a product-led studio. We build and operate our own platforms, and take on custom engagements where the work pushes the same direction we already do. The team is small, senior, and stays close to the code.

Seven years of client work spanning logistics, fintech, healthcare and public services. The team grows; so does the depth of what it can ship.
The studio focuses. Smart-city platforms, AI products and our own product suite become the work — backed by the same delivery discipline we've had since day one.
If it's not running on real infrastructure with real observability, it's not done. Demos lie. Logs don't.
Every engineer on your project has shipped at scale before. No bait-and-switch staffing.
Postgres before Mongo. TypeScript before clever DSLs. We choose excitement carefully — and only where it earns its keep.
If your idea is wrong, we'll tell you in week one. Clients who want a "yes shop" should hire someone else.
Your code is yours. Your infra is yours. We document, train, and disappear gracefully whenever you ask us to.
Data protection is in the DNA of our delivery — not a checklist we sign off at the end.
Headquartered in Germany with a regional branch in Iraq. We hire for taste, judgement and care — everyone here has shipped systems with real users counting on them.
If your problem is steep and your timeline is honest, we'd like to hear about it.
